Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in India is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to manage client relationships and drive enterprise recruiting programs.

You will lead hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, optimize ATS and sourcing tech, and deliver data dashboards and reports to client executives. The role requires 10+ years of TA experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with proven RPO/enterprise recruiting oversight.
• Strong client handling, stakeholder management and data/dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS).
• Excellent problem-solving, team coaching and process compliance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, governance standards, and strategic reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, handling workload distribution and performance tracking.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to meet or exceed TAT and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, ATS optimization, and adoption of sourcing technologies.
• Present data dashboards, talent trends, and reporting metrics to client executives.

Role & responsibilities :

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, governance standards, and strategic reviews.


• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, handling daily workload distribution and performance tracking.


• Delivery & SLA Tracking: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to meet or exceed agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality metrics.


• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization, and adoption of sourcing technologies.


• Market Intelligence: Present data dashboards, talent trends, and reporting metrics to client executives.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Experience: 10+ years of total experience in talent acquisition, with proven operational experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.


• Skills: Strong expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
