The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of hiring in the RCM industry, with global coverage including India, the Philippines and the US. Jaipur/Mohali with global reach.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) required.
• Master’s in Human Resources preferred.
• 18–20 years in Talent Acquisition with global exposure.
• 8+ years in leadership roles managing 15–25 recruiters.
• Experience hiring for BPO/KPO or RCM industry.
• Experience across India, the Philippines and the US.
• Campus hiring and large-scale mobilization experience.

We are looking for someone with BPO/BPM/RCM background with extensive experience in handling India, Philippines, APAC, EMEA, US locations with proven expertise to hire 700-800 per Quater Cycle. Someone who knows and understand US Healthcare or BPO or RCM domain and had set up Philippines center.

Position Summary

The Global Head Talent Acquisition will lead talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess and hire high-quality talent across functions and geographies.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring plans, build scalable recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, improve recruitment technology adoption, and ensure timely hiring with strong quality and cost discipline.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, business partnering skills and a deep understanding of hiring in the RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute an organization-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements and translate them into annual hiring plans.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and lead succession hiring for key leadership positions.
• Drive adoption of recruitment technology, including ATS, AI-enabled screening and assessments, dashboards and analytics.
• Manage recruitment partners, including search firms, consultants, hiring platforms and social media channels; negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs.

Recruitment Performance and Governance

• Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics, including fulfillment, quality, cost, source effectiveness and time-to-hire.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly recruitment dashboards for leadership review.
• Maintain recruitment compliance, governance and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Partnership and Process Excellence

• Partner with stakeholders and conduct regular recruitment reviews to ensure hiring priorities, risks and actions remain aligned.
• Strengthen recruitment SOPs, interview frameworks, assessment models, evaluations and hiring governance to improve consistency and quality.

Campus Hiring and Employer Branding

• Build and execute a campus hiring strategy, evaluate source effectiveness through key hiring metrics, and position as an employer of choice through strong campus engagement and candidate experience.

Educational Qualifications

Essential:

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
• Master's Degree in Human Resources

Experience

• 18-20 years of Talent Acquisition experience with global exposure.
• Minimum 8 years in leadership roles, with significant experience managing hiring across India, the Philippines and the US.
• Proven experience hiring for the BPO, KPO or RCM industry.
• Experience managing teams of 15-25 recruiters.
• Strong exposure to leadership, niche operational and technical hiring.
