Job summary

Whiteflower invites applications for a Reservation Manager to lead room sales and manage all incoming reservation calls, enquiries and booking requests. You will convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding guest needs and offering suitable room packages.

This is a performance-driven role focused on enquiry-to-booking conversion, driving room nights and revenue through telephone, WhatsApp, website, OTA and other direct channels.

Qualifications

he Reservation Manager will be responsible for handling all incoming reservation calls, enquiries and booking requests and converting maximum enquiries into confirmed room bookings.

The primary responsibility of this position is room sales and revenue generation through telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website enquiries, OTA enquiries and other direct booking channels.

The Reservation Manager must be an excellent communicator and salesperson who can understand guest requirements, recommend the right room/package, handle objections, negotiate appropriately and successfully convert enquiries into paying guests.
