Job summary

Wise Travel India is seeking a dedicated Reservations Associate to manage end-to-end booking processes. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web channels, capture customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle options and quotations.

You will create and update reservations in the CRM, send confirmations, manage modifications, and maintain accurate records. You will also communicate professionally with customers and ensure timely updates and high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming booking enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements including pickup/drop location, date, time, vehicle type, rental duration, and special requests.
• Check vehicle availability and provide suitable vehicle options and quotations.
• Create and update reservations accurately in the booking/CRM system.
• Send booking confirmations and communicate all relevant terms and conditions to customers.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, extensions, and rescheduling requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the booking process.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding vehicle, driver, pickup, and trip details.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
