Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries.
• Provide information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.

• Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) for guest requirements.
• Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences & reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents & repeat guests.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
• Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
