Guideline Inc in Mumbai is seeking a KAM – Home Loan Sales (Open Market) with 1-5+ years of focused experience. You will source home loan leads from open market through builders, connectors, and DSAs, and manage the complete loan lifecycle up to disbursement.

You will work in Mumbai regions like Vasai, Malad, Vile Parle, Thane, Dombivali, Kharghar, and aim for monthly disbursements of ₹2 crore. The role includes daily/ monthly reporting to the manager and offers incentives, medical, PF, and

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in open market Home Loan/LAP sales.
• Experience sourcing leads from builders, connectors and DSAs.
• End-to-end home loan process experience through disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Source real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs from open market.
• Maintain relationships with builders for a steady flow of leads.
• Guide customers to home loan options from 60+ banks and NBFCs.
• Manage end-to-end home loan process: sourcing, documentation, bank coordination, sanction and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 crore and above.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Source real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs from the open market.
• Build and maintain good relationships with builders to ensure a regular flow of home loan leads.
• Connect with customers and guide them in choosing suitable home loan options from 60+ banks and NBFCs.
• Handle the complete home loan process, including lead sourcing, documentation, bank coordination, sanction, and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 crore and above.
• Share daily and monthly reports with the manager.
