Job summary

Paisabazaar is seeking a skilled professional to manage home loan and mortgage operations, guiding applicants from initial contact through to disbursal. The role involves evaluating eligibility, collecting documentation, and coordinating with banks and NBFCs to accelerate approvals.

You will meet applicants, analyze loan files, and ensure compliant handling of contracts and records, while maintaining strong customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations.
• Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements and guide them through the loan application process.
• Regularly analyze active loan files to identify bottlenecks and expedite approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Convert Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process.
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs, collaborating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.
• Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations.
• Client Interaction: Meet with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.
• Loan File Analysis: Regularly analyze active loan files, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to expedite the loan approval process.
