Job summary

Wonder Home Finance Limited is seeking a field-based Sales/Relationship Officer in India to generate home loan leads, build relationships with clients, builders, and contractors, and drive target achievement. The role involves travel, events, and active engagement in lead generation, document verification, and loan processing coordination.

The candidate must be comfortable with travel and daily visits, working with the team or independently to grow the loan client base in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads from open market and through different channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients/builders/contractors for repeat business and referrals
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve targets
• Arrange loan events and organize activities for lead generation
• Handle product queries and service issues
• Ensure achievement of the given business targets
• Comfortable with travel and daily visits/verification for business and portfolio with team or alone
• Meet clients, verify documents, process files, coordinate sanction/disbursement, and manage client relationships
