Hyrix in Mumbai is seeking a KAM for Home Loan Sales to source leads from the open market and manage the end-to-end loan process across multiple banks and NBFCs. The role involves coordinating with real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs to ensure a steady flow of home loan opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–5+ years of experience in open market home loan sales, with strong relationship-building and bank coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in open market home loan/LAP sales.
• Experience sourcing leads from builders, connectors and DSAs.
• Ability to guide customers to options from 60+ banks/NBFCs.
• End-to-end home loan process from sourcing to disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Source real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs from the open market.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders for a steady flow of leads.
• Engage customers and guide them to suitable home loan options from many lenders.
• Manage the entire loan process: sourcing, documentation, bank coordination, sanction, disbursement.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 crore and above.
• Share daily and monthly reports with the manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with builders to ensure a regular flow of home loan leads.
• Connect with customers and guide them in choosing suitable home loan options from 60+ banks and NBFCs.
• Handle the complete home loan process, including lead sourcing, documentation, bank coordination, sanction, and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets of ₹2 crore and above.
• Share daily and monthly reports with the manager.
