Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Sales Manager for Home Loans and LAP to lead growth through builders, DSAs, and DST channels in India. The role focuses on sourcing, partnership expansion, and achieving monthly targets while ensuring a smooth loan journey for customers.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in housing finance sales, strong relationship skills, and a proven track record in builder/DST channels.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Min 3 years of experience in Home Loan and/or LAP sales.
• Strong exposure to Builder, DSA, DST, or Channel Sales.
• Good understanding of mortgage products and the Jaipur real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on targets and business growth.

Responsabilités

• Source and generate Home Loan & LAP business through Builder, DSA, DST, and referral channels.
• Build and strengthen relationships with builders, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
• Achieve monthly business, sourcing, and disbursement targets.
• Guide customers through the loan journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
• Track local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
