Job summary

Wonder Home Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to cover the Anantapuramu district in India. The role focuses on generating home loan leads, building relationships with clients, builders, and contractors, and driving activities to meet targets.

You will organize loan events, handle product queries, ensure timely sanction and disbursement, verify documents, and coordinate with the team to maintain a strong local portfolio. Willingness to travel and visit clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan Leads from open market and through different channels
• Develop and Maintain relationship with clients/ builders/ Contractor for repeat business and referrals
• Implement and Develop Sales activities to achieve target
• Arrange Loan Events- Organize events/ activities for lead generation
• Handle Product queries and Service issues
• Ensure the achievement of given business targets
• Comfortable with travel, doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with team or alone on daily basis as required for business in area assigned to the candidate
• Meeting Clients, Verify Documents, Process file, Co-ordinate with Sanction/ Disbursement of loan, Relationship Management with Client.
