Hyrix is seeking a dynamic Finance professional for the role of Loan Relationship Manager in Mumbai. The candidate should have 2–4+ years of experience in home loan sales and a strong understanding of the end-to-end home loan process.

The role involves fieldwork, assisting customers from application to disbursement, and coordinating with banks to ensure timely processing and approvals. Strong communication and client-relations skills are essential.

• Connect with real estate buyers via calls, and field/home visits to understand their loan requirements and guide customers through the complete home loan process, from application to disbursement.

• Coordinate with banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Resolve customer queries related to home loans, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and CIBIL scores.
• Build strong relationships with customers, banks, and internal sales teams.
• Generate referrals and follow up with leads to maximize conversions.

Role: Loan Relationship Manager Shift Details: 10:30AM-7:30PM | Mon-Sat working | Sun fix off Work Location: Malad, Kharghar, Thane Benefit: Incentives+ Travelling+ Medical+ PF+ Gratuity.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with 2–4+ years of experience in Home Loan Sales and a strong understanding of the end-to-end home loan process. Should have good communication skills, knowledge of banking products, and a proven track record in loan disbursements.
