Sundaram Home Finance Limited is seeking a Business Development Officer/Associate (RM / Sr. RO / RO / BDO / BDA) to manage the end-to-end loan process from customer identification to disbursement. The role supports branch growth and ensures revenue targets are achieved consistently.

Office location is PAN India with preference for candidates having strong communication and networking skills and a sound understanding of home loan products.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in selling home loan/financing products preferably

Required work experience:

• Years of experience: 2+ years of experience in selling of home loan/non home loan/construction finance products/related companies preferably

• Business development – customer identification through various sources
• Documentation and quality of customers
• Overall customer experience

Required Skills:

• Sound understanding of home loan products
• Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
• Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
• Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship internally and externally
• Demonstration of high degree of perseverance and resilience
