Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with 6-10 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales target.
• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
• Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis.
• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA and agent or POSP.
• Handholding of Advisors.
• Ownership and servicing of Advisors.
