Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance in Rajkot, Gujarat, invites a results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to lead agent recruitment, activation and retention across the agency channel. You will drive budgeted sales targets, recruit agents, handhold advisors and craft development plans to ensure ongoing growth.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in insurance sales or agency development, excellent communication and mentoring skills, and a proven ability to build a strong advisor network.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6–10 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.

Responsibilities
