Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking a results-driven sales professional to recruit, train and develop insurance advisors, and to drive insurance sales through the agency network across India.

You will monitor and guide agents through joint field calls, build relationships for long-term retention, and ensure compliance with IRDAI norms and company policies.
