Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance is seeking a performance-driven professional to build and manage a health-focused agency force. You will drive budgeted sales targets for Retail Health products and identify IRDA Agents or POSPs, while providing handholding and servicing support to advisors.

You will recruit agents, activate and progress advisors for consistent performance, develop retention plans, and address training needs with regular communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-6 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
