Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance in India is seeking a growth-focused sales professional to build and manage a health-focused agency force, aiming to achieve budgeted Retail Health targets.

You will recruit agents, onboard IRDA Agents or POSPs, drive activation and retention, provide mentoring and handholding, and shape structured development plans for advisors.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building an advisor network.
