Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance is seeking a dynamic professional to build and manage a health-focused agency force and drive growth through IRDA agents and POSPs. You will recruit, activate, and retain agents, while providing ongoing handholding and performance coaching.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets for Retail Health products, mentoring advisors, and ensuring structured development plans across the agent network.

• Graduate or postgraduate with experience in insurance sales/agency development.
