Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance seeks a capable Insurance Sales Manager to drive agent recruitment, activation, and retention across its agency network. You will recruit, train, and mentor agents, ensuring sustained sales growth and advisor development.

The role emphasizes building a strong advisor network, managing performance, and delivering on budgeted targets through structured development plans and proactive support.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-10 years in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.

Responsibilities
