Magma Hdi General Insurance is seeking a dynamic leader to build and manage an extensive agency force in the health insurance sector. The role focuses on recruiting, activating, and retaining agents, while mentoring them and ensuring sustained sales through a robust advisor network.

The candidate should have a strong track record in building agent networks, excellent communication skills, and a self-driven, target-oriented mindset to drive growth and revenue in a competitive market.

• Experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales target.
• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
• Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis.
• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA and agent or POSP
• Handholding of Advisors
• Ownership and servicing of Advisors

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-6 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.


• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.


• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.


• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
