Magma HDI General Insurance seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive agent recruitment, activation and retention through structured development plans. You will mentor and service a growing advisor network, identify prospects, and ensure ongoing sales target achievement in Mumbai.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, regular coaching, and performance-based growth within a fast-moving insurance segment.
