Job summary

Magma HDI General Insurance in Bhilai invites applications for a field sales role focused on agent recruitment, activation and driving advisor networks. You will coach agents, develop plans, and ensure retention while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a graduate/postgraduate degree with 2-6 years in insurance sales, strong communication, mentoring and relationship skills, and a self-driven, target-oriented approach.
