Job summary

Magma Hdi General Insurance in India seeks a role focused on building and leading a motor insurance agency force, driving sales across Retail Motor products, and meeting budgets. You will identify prospects eligible as IRDA agents or POSPs, and actively support advisors to ensure strong performance and sustained growth.

You will handhold and own the servicing of advisors, push activation and progression, recruit agents, and ensure retention through development plans and regular trainings.

• Build Motor focused agency force
• Achieve budgeted sales target (Retail Motor products only)
• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
• Handholding of Advisors
• Ownership and servicing of Advisors
• Drive advisors activation and progression
• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
• Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
• Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis
