Policybazaar in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance sales through a bike-based, on-ground approach. The role requires owning a bike, DL, and fluency in the regional language, with immediate joiner availability.

The candidate will manage client meetings, needs-based selling, and timely policy issuance while building long-term relationships and ensuring data security in all activities.

Qualifications

• Must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
• Proficient in the regional language is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: meet annual premium targets and case count.
• Acquire customers through natural market, referrals, and orphan base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and propose insurance solutions.
• Perform need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and grow customer database in the territory.
• Ensure ISMS compliance and safeguard data.
