Job summary

Policybazaar in India seeks a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance solutions in Cooch Behar and surrounding areas.

You will meet targets, acquire customers, conduct regular client meetings, and upsell through need-based selling while providing post-sales service and maintaining strong client relationships. A valid DL and bike ownership are required, with incentives and an attractive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• Must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
• Proficient in the regional language.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets based on ANP and case count.
• Customer Acquisition through natural market, referrals, and orphan base.
• Client Meetings to understand needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Need-Based Selling to provide appropriate solutions.

• Post-Sales Service to resolve queries and issue policies timely.
