Job summary

Policybazaar in India seeks a Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to drive insurance sales in your territory. You will acquire clients, meet targets based on ANP and policy counts, and build a robust advisor-network.

The role requires owning a bike, valid license, regional language proficiency, and immediate joiner; male candidates only. This position offers incentives and mobility across the region.

Qualifications

• Bike ownership and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Proficient in the regional language is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of banking or insurance sales experience required.
• Strong communication and networking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
• Customer Acquisition: generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and existing base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Use need-based selling to provide appropriate solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Provide post-sales service and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain customer engagement and strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Design and evaluate sales strategies.
• Maintain and grow your customer database in your territory.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
