Qualifications

• Own a bike and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
• Generate new leads via natural market and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Execute need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain client engagement and relationships across the territory.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and manage customer database with ISMS compliance.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
