Job summary

Policybazaar in India is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) to drive insurance sales in the assigned territory. You will meet targets, acquire customers, conduct meetings, and tailor solutions through need-based selling.

The role requires bike ownership with a valid driving license, regional language proficiency, and at least 1 year of banking or insurance sales experience. Immediate joiner and male candidates only are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bike ownership with valid DL required.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of banking or insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
• Customer acquisition via market generation, referrals, and existing base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Use need-based selling to provide appropriate insurance products.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular engagement and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Forecast sales and manage the customer database in the territory.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
