• Perform need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and manage your customer database.
