Job summary

Policybazaar in India is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field sales Executive) to drive sales targets and acquire clients for insurance solutions. You will meet customers, understand needs, and close policies as part of the BFSI team in a full-time, permanent role.

Ideal candidates own a bike, hold a valid driving license, are fluent in the regional language, and have at least 1 year of banking or insurance sales experience. Immediate joiner encouraged; male candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
• Customer Acquisition: generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Need-Based Selling: provide appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling to maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Post-Sales Service: resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
• Maintain and grow your customer database in your territory.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
