Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
• Generate new leads via local market, referrals, and the existing base.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Engage in need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell to current customers.
• Provide post-sales service and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular customer engagement and strong relations in the territory.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Forecast sales and manage your customer database.
• Adhere to ISMS security protocols for data protection.
