Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) in Chennai to drive insurance sales and grow the customer base. You will handle client meetings, needs assessment, and offer appropriate insurance solutions while ensuring post-sales service and policy issuance.

The role emphasizes a strong emphasis on regional language proficiency, drive, networking and meeting aggressive sales targets with incentives and travel allowances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets based on ANP and case count.
• Generate new leads via market, referrals and orphan base.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Ensure appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Provide post-sales service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular touchpoints.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute strategies.
• Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
• Maintain and grow your customer database in your territory.
• Follow ISMS security protocols to safeguard data.
