Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field sales Executive) in Kerala. The role focuses on achieving targets, acquiring customers, and delivering suitable insurance solutions through needs-based selling.

You will engage in cross-selling, post-sale service, and active networking to grow the territory. Applicants must own a bike, hold a valid license, be proficient in the local language, and have at least 1 year in banking or insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Bike ownership and a valid Driving License required.
• Proficient in the regional language.
• Minimum 1 year of banking sales or insurance sales experience.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on ANP and case count.
• Acquire customers through natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
• Meet clients to understand needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Need-Based Selling with structured approach.
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Post-Sales Service and timely policy issuance.
• Maintain regular client engagement and relationships.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan sales strategies.
• Design and evaluate sales strategies for territory.
