Job summary

Raj Cooling Systems is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand our dealer, distributor, and channel partner network across India. The role requires extensive travel and regular field visits to ensure market coverage.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, coordinate with internal teams, and report market feedback and sales updates to management to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular dealer/distributor visits across different states and cities.
• Handle end-to-end follow-up from enquiry, quotation, order booking, dispatch, delivery, and payment collection.
• Develop new dealers/distributors and expand the company’s market network.
• Ensure state-wise market coverage through regular travelling and field visits.
• Resolve dealer/distributor queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
• Monitor sales, outstanding payments, and business opportunities.
• Submit regular visit reports, market feedback, and sales updates to management.
