Job summary

Bwise Solutions is seeking a results-driven Life Insurance Agency Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of a strong advisor force in the Jhansi region. You will drive productivity, mentor advisors, and guide them in prospecting, client meetings, and policy conversions.

The role emphasizes setting advisor-specific business plans, tracking performance, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within a busy insurance sales environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
