Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking an energetic professional to recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents across the assigned territory. You will build and maintain a productive agency force and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will activate new advisors, enhance productivity, and conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews, guiding advisors in prospecting, lead generation, and policy conversions to build advisor-wise business plans.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
