Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India seeks a dynamic Life Insurance Advisors/Agents recruitment and development specialist to expand the agency network in Haryana. You will recruit, onboard, train, and support advisors to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include building a productive agency force, meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets, training advisors, and guiding them in prospecting, meetings, and policy conversions to drive growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
