Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a dynamic Life Insurance Agency Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop new advisors, building a strong agency force in the assigned territory and driving achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will activate and mentor advisors, conduct regular training and performance reviews, and guide them in prospecting, lead generation, and policy conversion while developing advisor-specific business plans and tracking progress against goals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
