Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Life Insurance Advisor. The role centers on recruiting, onboarding, and developing a productive agency force to meet sales targets.

You will guide advisors in prospecting, meetings, and policy conversions, while building territory-specific business plans and monitoring performance. Candidates with 2–6 years of life insurance or field sales experience, and a background in recruiting and managing advisors, are highly preferred.
