Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India’s Punjab region seeks a Life Insurance Advisor Manager to recruit, onboard and develop a productive agency force in the assigned territory. You will build a high-performance team and strive to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.

The role includes activating new advisors, improving productivity, conducting regular meetings and training, and coaching in prospecting, lead generation and policy conversion while developing advisor-specific business plans

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
