Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India seeks a results-driven professional to recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents. You will build a productive agency force in the Haryana/Panchkula region, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Role involves activating advisors, coaching productivity, conducting regular trainings, and guiding prospecting, lead generation, meetings, and policy conversions to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
