Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Punjab, India seeks a Life Insurance Advisor/Agent leader to recruit, onboard, and develop a productive agency force. You will drive sales targets, activate new advisors, and coach teams across the region with regular meetings and performance reviews.

You will guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversions, while creating advisor-specific business plans and tracking progress against targets.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
