Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a field sales professional to recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents. You will build and maintain a productive agency force across the assigned territory, aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

You will activate new advisors, enhance the productivity of existing ones, and conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
