Job summary

Bwise Solutions is hiring Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to recruit, onboard, and grow a productive agency in the assigned territory. You will drive monthly and quarterly targets, activate and train advisors, and guide them in prospecting and converting leads into policies.

The role emphasizes regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure advisor productivity and territory growth.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of life insurance or related sales experience.
• Experience recruiting and managing insurance advisors preferred.
• Ability to onboard, train, and develop advisors for better productivity.
