Job summary

Bwise Solutions is seeking a skilled Life Insurance Agency Leader to recruit, onboard, and develop Advisors/Agents across the territory. You will build a productive agency, drive monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and activate advisors to boost productivity.

You will conduct regular trainings, meetings, and performance reviews, guiding through prospecting, meetings, and policy conversions while developing advisor-specific business plans and tracking results.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
