Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to drive insurance sales across Puri, Bhadrak, and Jajpur. You will meet targets, acquire customers, conduct meetings, and tailor insurance solutions to client needs in your territory.

The role requires active client engagement, regular reporting, and adherence to ISMS data security protocols. A strong network and excellent communication will help grow the customer base and drive incentives.

Qualifications

Must own a Bike and have a valid Driving License.
Proficient in the regional language.
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsabilités

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet business goals based on ANP and case count.
Customer Acquisition: Generate new leads via natural market, referrals, and the orphan base.
Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and offer insurance solutions.
Need-Based Selling: Ensure appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through existing customer base.
Post-Sales Service: Resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
Customer Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients
Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
Sales Forecasting: Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
Database Management: Maintain and grow your customer database in your designated territory.
ISMS Compliance: Follow security protocols to safeguard customer and company data.
