Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a Relationship Manager (Field Sales Executive) in Dindugal, Tamil Nadu. The role targets growth in insurance sales with a focus on acquiring customers, meeting targets, and managing client relationships.

Candidate should own a bike with a valid license, have 1+ year of banking or insurance sales experience, and be fluent in the regional language. Immediate joiner is preferred; male candidates only are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
• Acquire new customers via natural market, referrals, and existing base.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide need-based selling and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and post-sales service.

• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through existing customer base.
• Post-Sales Service: Resolve queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints and strong relationships with clients
• Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
• Sales Forecasting: Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies.
• Database Management: Maintain and grow your customer database in your designated territory.
• ISMS Compliance: Follow security protocols to safe guard customer and company data.
