Job summary

Square Yards in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive end-to-end property sales, handle leads via CRM, and conduct site visits to shortlisted properties.

The role requires strong communication in Hindi and English, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and the energy and confidence to negotiate and close deals, with a weekly target of 5–6 site visits.

Qualifications

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; local language is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, Sales & negotiations skills.
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and confidence.
