Career Guideline is recruiting for Relationship Manager, Residential Sales in Hyderabad. The role focuses on converting prospects into customers by understanding requirements and recommending suitable residential properties, while handling marketing-generated leads and self-leads through local activities.

You will conduct a high cadence of client meetings, maintain regular follow-ups, and strive to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in any discipline.
• 5 years of direct sales experience in real estate or related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation & convincing skills.
• Willingness for field sales and frequent customer meetings.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable residential properties.
• Handle leads generated by the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities, corporate outreach, databases, clubs, etc.
• Conduct 23 customer meetings/site visits per day and effectively present relevant property options..
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with sales and operational processes.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Provide post-sales support and assist customers with home loan requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in any discipline.
• 05 years of experience in direct sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales roles.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers regularly.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Positive attitude, high ownership, passion for sales, and target-oriented approach.
